Sunday Worship Experience
Join us for uplifting services and morning prayer meetings in our welcoming community space.
Sundays Programme
Worship is of first importance, and is entered into in all of our activities. Our Sunday worship is led by Ko and Deih Noung who oversee a band of musicians and singers.
Freedom Church has a trained Prayer Ministry team who minister each Sunday morning, and on call during the week, to pray for healing, deliverance, impartation of the Holy Spirit and a variety of other needs. People are often healed in Sunday services. Some of the testimonies include healing of asthma, joint injuries, broken bones, injured backs, a knee reconstructed and leg lengthened, to name a few.
Pre 10am service prayer
We meet together to worship, hear the word of God preached and engage with the Holy Spirit. There is opportunity to receive prayer during the service.
Freedom Kids is a key ministry in this church as it is preparing and equipping the young generation to take their place in the Kingdom of God. The Freedom Kids team seek to bring children into the presence of God, through worship, prayer, teaching and hearing from God.
The children have play time as well as being taught on Sunday mornings the Word of God, through music and stories.

We have a Burmese community, many of whom have come to New Zealand as refugees.
As part of their involvement in the overall life of Freedom Church, there is a Burmese language service each Sunday afternoon starting at 2.30pm.
There also is a Burmese connect group which meets every fortnight.
